@@neymagama It's a big hotel, big room, food good. We ourselves have been on the road a lot with the rental car and therefore spent little time in the hotel.

I found the chairs in the restaurant dirty in the grooves and I didn't like the bottles of water. Room is clean and food is okay

Yo viviv 9 años en Puerto del carmen las cucarachas era mi temor te acostumbras yo tenía mi apartamento muy linpio y cuando llegaba a escuecen cerraba todo y volvía a linpia ahora voy a ir en julio después de 20 años fueron los mejores de mi vida

No vayas la que dice que va para diciembre a mí la peor habitación con mosquito polillas y muy sucia las paredes muy antiguas pero la limpieza nefasta cucarachas en los salones la comida nefasta solo el desayuno. Bien lo demás para mí el peor de todos los que e ido

Enseñan la mejor habitacion ya arreglada la mia era sucia polillas mosquito din aire acondicionado caliche del techo callendose vamo nefasta y la limpieza nefasta

Just got back on thursday last week 5th December 2025. The accommodation was terible, did not enjoy, air conditionig was not working correctly and made lots of noise. No kettle in room, no tea coffe, milk etc. In room. Staff in restaurant were disrespectful and demeaning, always unhappy and within the restaurants ysed at the hotel food was cold and not plentyful. A shortage of plates, cups and teapots coffe and tea were rubbish. Had to ask for additional plates and got atitude from staff members.. Completely disgisting, l Highly recommend no one books this hotel... Not fit for purpose.
