the 4star hotels in Beni that I've stayed in including plaza, medeiro, centre, seem more like 2-3 star in UK i stayed at cimbel, belroy, presedente, Don Pancho and sandos monaco these were real bonefide 4 stars, sandos monaco and Don Pancho could be 5star.
