I play beefy slinky, 11s, on my strat, and looking to go to 12s, playing mostly Albert King and Chris cain stuff. I could do this all day on an acoustic, its just practice and building the muscles in the fingers.

Man I literally watch this 4 times a year, and every single time I get to the last 30 seconds after the screen goes black and I really wish it would just continue on finish out with his own kick on it. It’s absolutely insane to do this on an acoustic and people that don’t play guitar have no idea how impressive this really is.

Those who make guitars of this magnitude and quality are not craftsmen- they are artists. They take a piece of wood and create from it something of such profound quality and beauty. The guitar is art deserving of any museum. But then you take this wonderful piece of art and then elevate it even further by placing it in the hands of a true artist of his own right. Incredible. Simply inspiring.

To say that Juha Jarvinen nailed this solo is an understatement. This was sheer perfection. I am a Baritone Uke player who dabbles in acoustic guitar at best. I am saving this video in my favorites in my guitar songs playlist and need to watch this over and over again. I also have to say that the guitar being played in this video is spectacular and the tone woods used are absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for posting this flawless performance.
