Thanks for sharing the video, according to many sources Wikipedia etc.... the Hotel is up for sale, it's been for sale since 2018? I'm not sure if anyone has bought it though. There's also some big pieces of land around that area that is for sale too, if anyone is interested in buying some of Vlad's land? you can maybe build your own Castle on it.
