Only just found this video of the Hotel de Havelet. This hotel is absolutely fabulous. Having stayed there many times, I can confirm that the food, service, accommodation, and the whole facility are first class - hence multiple 5* reviews on Trip Advisor. It isn't cheap to go there, but expect the best, and you will get the best. See you once again later this year Gennaro.
