I work for Hilton for over 7 years and I am disgusted by judgmental people who treat their guests like trash! I have seen a lot of different people from all over the world and I would never dare to treat someone so poorly. I always am sincere and honest as well as respectful and passionate about what I do as a Front Desk Agent. I bring back regulars and I always have the same bright attitude that has never changed and always makes everyone feel welcome. Hospitality is about giving people the respect and courtesy they rightfully deserve without judgement. It’s sad to see how anyone could treat others like this even outside the hospitality industry. It’s rude and disgusting. I could never treat someone like this. It’s not in my character. Always be kind to others.

They take a look at who their employees are gonna be, they pretend to be a guest or something, then they see how they're treated. If they're treated badly, the employee gets fired. If they get treated with good service, then they're promoted. I recommend watching Supermission. They have videos like this one all the time.
