The only mistake about this chapter was that the UV lamp was OPTIONAL to take before, so if you went down there without one and couldn't see the number on the white paper sheet Kyle was a goner 😅 I experienced that firsthand

You might have been checking in the wrong place. The secret wall isn't the light-colored part near the oxygen room. Try walking further along the hallway and you will find it.

To add to what the others told you, yes, it was Dunning who locked the door. But I don't think he realized Kyle was IN THERE! Dunning was obviously trying to protect his big secret, so he closed the door when he saw it was open to prevent anyone from entering the room. Dunning isn't the kind of guy who would kill someone; I'm sure he had no idea there was even a person inside the room in the first place, much less that shutting the door was like a death sentence to Kyle.
