Tried this recipe today. Turned out tasty. Thank you, Sir. I've two queries: 1. It was crispy when hot but became soft when turned cold. How can the crispness be maintained even when cold. 2.The oil colour changed and the binding also loosened from the gobi. How to keep the coating intact. Thanking you in advance.
