Yes you can Uber or taxi here. Uber eats also runs well, meet drivers in reception,

Hi, do you have to have a car to get from the Rosen to Disney world and Universal Studios and Disney Springs or is there a shuttle or other transportation available?

We had a car, but there are various shuttles that go from the Rosen. The only downside is they tend to leave the parks, early so you don’t really get a full day in full value for money.

You do hear it. A bigger problem that wakes you up is the church bells opposite!

stayed pre covid and it was ok, post covid absolutely terrible staff were rude to include management level ( restaurant manager Beverly extremely unhelpful) very tired hotel across props holding the balcony up massive disappointment 😠😠
