Watched the video in the hope of supervisory and expert level questions, but you forgot to mention any of those, where are the questions asked to a candidate of supervisory level or management level.? Sir i request you to make a long detailed video on budgeting in f&b like how to make a budget, pricing which means how to price a dish on a menu , Inventory in f&b , menu making and designing, cost control in f&b and staff rota with excel formats and live demo.
