@@Liverpool81834 Our package did not include food. However, after finding out Buffet prices are around £10 -15. A sandwich had cost us £2. I hope that answers your question. Stay blessed.

ASSALAMO ALAIKUM, It is one straight road (Saad Bin Maaz Road i believe, approx. 500 Metres) from this hotel to one of the corners of the sacred Masjid e Nabvi complex. Don't take smaller road, it's tbe main road Also best to have a wheel chair for respected seniors if needed, for extra conveniance. I hope this helps? During Hajj season its different, but generally no such queuing issues as there are seversl decent size elevators. All the best!

They gave him a good room because they probably knew he was coming to give a review I went there recently and had such a poor experience as there were cockroaches in our room old rusty showers no hot water and stains on the bed sheets which they did not used to change also there staff were very rude and poor customer service if you are looking for a hotel in madinah do not stay here!!!
