I am sooooo happy a fix is coming. With all the freezing and crashing, I literally hold my breath when I play. And, I save the game every time I do anything…and that’s stressful, in itself, because the game can freeze or crash when I do even that. (On Xbox Series S)

I'm so glad they're making these fixes! Ever since this update dropped, my premium items have vanished along with my starpath duties, and my game crashes repeatedly (Switch). I actually brought up a couple of these issues in your discord yesterday, and I was so glad to get a response, letting me know I wasn't the only one dealing with them! I love your Discord and the community.

I'm an XBOX user & SO glad the fixes are complete. I was so stinkin frustrated with how many times I was kicked off the game & lost progress (having to recreate potions,etc). Thanks for your prompt reporting, Serroh❣️

I was playing a little bit this evening, collecting materials for Oswald's alarm clocks. I had the pleasure of seeing him take his own leg off to use a pickaxe on a geode I had just finished harvesting. I'm completely in love with the little guy now.

YES! Hopefully the constant crashing on PS4 will be fixed with this. Not sure what to think of the fact that it says further improvements on it will only come in update 11, but at least they finally acknowledged it. I'm really looking forward to being able to play in the main valley again, woking on the star path, doing Daisy's quests and actually going into her store finally! 🙏

I just want my game to stop crashing every few minutes, since I play on the Switch. It's sooo annoying, especially since I'm trying to complete the StarPath or quests.

I'm almost at the point I don't want to play anymore. I'm on series s Xbox and I'm on the hang out with vanellope. And I had at least 15 crashes trying to finish it.

@@Serroh yup. and outfit weeks area good times for indoor cause you can get closer to your character and don't have to worry about adding tons of extra items for higher tags

I play on PC via Steam and have had several crashes - all of them while doing just ordinary stuff like harvesting a fruit tree or petting my critter or breaking a ball of sand on the beach. For the past two days it was hugely disruptive but it feels more stable today. Re: Daisy's shop - yesterday it wouldn't register a "Top" no matter what I did - all the other boxes were checked off. Today it wouldn't accept "Pants" no matter which pair of pants I tried. I hope this is what they mean about improving "the Boutique gameplay flow" because so far I have only been able to complete one challenge - the very first one. Regardless, Gameloft Customer Service have been outstanding and notified me that the Technical team have been working on these issues and more. To be fair, it is only logical that the more this game expands, the more glitches will occur. I am just grateful the Gameloft team are the ones working on this; they care about the game and they care about our enjoyment of it. That matters more than many people think.

So very glad a crash fix is coming. As I play on Switch & PC. I like to decorate on PC & grind star paths on the switch. And I want to be able to play on switch for as long as I can before reaching the item limit and solely switching to PC. But the crashing made it so unplayable on switch this past update, that I finished the entire star path on my PC, and was about to write off the game on switch. This is great news.

So happy they got on these hotfixes quickly. Hoping it fixes everyone's game that is crashing. I didn't know the ToM doors were bugged. I couldn't believe they didn't design a new blank door, just took the color out of the old one. Geez, I'm so tired of seeing that Sims plumbob window... it reminds me how they made this game on top of antiquated old programming from that old Sims mobile game I played in the early 2000's... and why we will never be able to center or angle things.

I sure hope they fix the issue where if you display a ToM item on a mannequin in Daisy's shop, the design gets ruined! All 4 of my designs got messed up after I put them on display in Daisy's shop and it is keeping me from sharing my designs with others cuz they will just get ruined if I display them

yeah ,my steam account kept crashing ,so i couldnt even do my star path for it or anything ,cause i kept getting booted when i went in the game for 2-5 seconds in game x.x" so im glad they fixed it,since i saw alot of people effected

Seems like it's not just me experiencing problems on switch.. 😩 Transferring items from storage boxes to my bag and vice versa is so slow. Really frustrating when trying to empty your individual items to a box. Anyone else having this issue?

Use a fishing potion!

@@Ariesmonique The fishing potion only turns white circles to the orange/red ones. It has no effect on what happens when you cast your line outside of circles (which is where the jugs, etc. are) or on circles that are already blue or orange/red. I didn't have to grind for any of these because from the start I have broken every rock (yields jugs and grass), harvested everything within sight, fished, taken up all the shards, etc. The idea is to stockpile everything you can get your hands on (or shovel or pickaxe or fishing rod or hourglass action) as you play daily or weekly or whatever. That way, you can complete quests and starpath duties much faster.

I cannot even get into my game at all since the update dropped!!! I missed out on premium items, getting Daisy & Oswald, DreamSnap's challenge, etc..etc. I am beyond upset. This is the only game I play!! I love this game and can't even play!! This is unacceptable.

Woot fixes! I wonder if they will fix the Scrabblecoin one ... where if you bring someone into your house and play Scrabblecoin in any of the other rooms (not the main one), the moment the game is done, it yeets you into the void outside the walls and you are stuck there until you shut down the game .... at least you can still navigate into exiting the game. I'm playing on PC. Only found this out cause a Royal Duty called for winning a game of Scrabblecoin and I had someone already following me who I hadn't played against yet.

I was lucky enough not to encounter to many bugs other then the Oswald glasses one which was fixed for me but I am still getting the play Scramble Coin with the forgotten daily challenge I hope they fix.

I bought the 3d glasses from scrooge before they said they fixed it. I tried to do the quest today and bought new glasses from scrooge and the quest still isn't working. I'm on ps5. Anyone else still unable to do this quest?

How do I let Gamloft know that the broken Premium Store stole My Moonstones? I have no Star Path Duties showing up and an Empty/Blank Premium shop last week after I bought the HeiHei set, so I didn't buy anything else... come to discover that I went from 6K Moonstone to just over 1K and I dont know why... I am very upset as I was Saving for a while to reach that amount.

I am playing DLV on ps4. I am noticing that lately some players have multiple submissions for dreamsnaps. How is this possible, is there no way to police or prevent this. So one of the bugs I have constantly is when voting for dreamsnap submissions I get an error message and have to submit a report, and log back in. This does not encourage me to vote I can tell you that much! And...thank you for your content very helpful, and fun to watch.

Did you put something black for both furniture and in clothes? If it doesn't trigger for one, usually it means it has to be in the other.

Yup. Can't even vote on snaps to get the 50 moonstones, crashes immediately every time. I think the "fix" made it worse if anything. Also, my DLC is bugged so that I can't progress or unlock Oswald, and customer service didn't even respond to me about it. Honestly am pretty angry, as I've spent hundreds of dollars on this game and expect to be able to play it. Just bought another $70 in moonstones for all the premium items the past two weeks. Still don't have enough for everything this week. And yes, I do the snaps. Haven't even gotten the WALL-E bundle still bc there are never enough moonstones. I would buy more this week, but at this point feel like it would make me a total sucker to do so. This really sucks and shouldn't be legal, Gameloft is greedy and unprofessional.

I’m so sad because Donald has glitched out of my valley and I can’t do Daisy’s quest. I’ve done the whole map thing, I’ve tried to summon him by changing his dream style, and I’ve even moved his house to eternity isle and back into the valley to see if it’d spawn him in and nothing works. I contacted them a bit ago but nothing yet ☹️☹️
