I thought the same thing! HOW do you come up with making a succulent out of an egg carton????? I think I'm creative, but this girl knocks it out of the park. She's also a very good teacher. I find her voice relaxing and patient. Also, she does different projects, not your everyday DIY's. I just love her!

Wow!! I am really impressed!! I have never seen anything made with cans like that... and I LOVE it! Those flowers turned out beautifully!! Ha! I've used those little garlic jars before too. They are just too cute to throw away lol. Your hanging planters are gorgeous!! I love your attention to detail & the time you take on your crafts. I wouldn't worry about shortening them. I love watching and would love to collaborate sometime!! Thanks so much for participating my friend💖💖💖 Take care!

I am absolutely stunned. Hands down you won this challenge in my opinion! I was raised with my grandma who grew up during the Great Depression, and I save things most people would NEVER hold onto. I even have the exact egg cartons and glass garlic container! I already hope that I’ll eventually craft with them, and sometimes do, but wow...the flowers you made from aluminum cans 🙀and your succulent looks SO REAL. I cannot wait to try this. Thanks so much!

Your voice is so soothing & calm that watching your videos relaxes me & opens my mind to my own creativity. Thank you so much! I've never seen the DT ones, but I suspected they were going to be either really cheap looking or super tiny. Both don't appeal. I did end up ordering some from Amazon, but it's still not enough for my home decor plus staging pretty things others can make, so I'm glad I know how to make them! I want to make an entire wooden box full to hang on my wall. Next project, lol. Thanks for the sweet comment my friend! xox

Seriously!!! A paper succulent??? WOW! WOW! WOW ! Honestly you are so talented. For anybody that wants to have a true recycled project that looks real you are the person they need to come and check out . I'm in awe ! I absolutely love DIYS . I love watching how talented and creative people are. YOU are unique though. I hate saying Trash to Treasure because I don't want people to look at recycled items as trash but rather a way to save our Earth. There truly is so much I could say,.. but I'll just leave it at, " you are quite amazing ". I love the fact that you teach in a way that anyone can learn and not feel disenhearted . You are encouraging and other than a few basic items ever crafter needs you teach how to make an exceptional craft with what most have in their homes or could get from a neighbor(ex. I don't drink soda so I wouldn't have said a cans but my neighbor does and I don't have a problem and saying Hey would you mind if I have 6 of your cans.) I'm truly loving your videos and cant wait to try them with my family. LOL..When I saw you finish the galvanized containers I thought this would go great with your faux wood tutorial and then you mentioned it! I'm over the moon in love with your tutorials. What a blessing you are... In my house we say" I love you more" and" I love you to the moon and back, beyond the stars, infinity plus infinity ." It's a family thing I started with my youngest daughter decades ago.She loved butterflies and roses so I was gonna make some planks for the family using your faux wood to make a remembrance piece for each family member. Mine will be the glass cabinet with pictures of her . The window box will roses and a butterfly. ( im.gonna try the succulent idea for roses...)wish me luck!! Any ideas or tutorials you have to reccomend would be great..ty Keep be creative..ilym!

Thank you Linda for such an awesome comment! Just so you know, I haven't touched soda in 20+ years, lol. Those can came from that bubbly flavored water. Lime flavor. Zero calories. They flavor it by steaming the fruits so the steam leaves a flavor behind. It's awesome! If you decide to may any of my crafts, or I've inspired you to make another craft, please feel free to share it with me on my Instagram, or my Pinterest. I you want me to share your craft on my Pinterest ( I have a board for my subs to celebrate their work and so we all can see what each other are doing), let me know when you send to me. Thanks for watching my vids, so glad you enjoyed! Much love! 🥰❤️❤️🌻🌻🌻

Your flowers made from the cans are simply gorgeous! I'm watching Diy #2 and before I forget I have to tell you, to get the smell of garlic or pickles or any other strong smell from glass is to put newspaper in the container, put the lid back on and let it sit for a couple days. The newspaper absorbs the smell. I just did this on a giant pickle jar, my Mom taught me this years ago. Ok, back to your video, 😉 if I didn't watch you create the succulent, I'd never believe you made that out of an egg carton. That is very realistic. I love your wall decor, you are a true artist. Thanks for sharing your tips n tricks. Take care and see you next time! 💟

I love green crafting. I used to do a lot of it years back. And recently started doing some again mostly a lot of Dollar Store stuff but I'm always looking for a way of reusing because, A. it's free artistic Supply and , B. it cuts down on the amount of trash. I love the flowers. And I have plenty of soda cans. I used to make flowers from water bottles. And used them with hair ties. I loved that succulent. I used to look for ways of reusing my egg cartons and I never liked the way anything looked they looked cheesy but that's succulent looks like something I might try.

I put it in my stairway. I have a stairway that turns around a pillar, so there are three different levels. On one of the turns you face the sign. The ceilings are extremely high and it is a beautiful statement piece, and a beautiful reminder that we will see every day. The sun also hits it every afternoon and it’s sparkles. 😍 Thank you for watching and for the nice comment! 😊😘😘🥰

Simply beautiful! I watched the "card" board video and it's amazing how it looks so real! U r so talented. I've read over some of the other comments and, girl they don't like. You really are a level up from the average diyer. Urs are really art. I love all 3 u did in this video, but the flowers in the frame just took my breath away. STUNNING! Can't wait to see what u show us next ❣️

I love all the videos you do for things some of us can't get. I feel I'm not despondent now about trying to craft.

I think I wrote you back about how I go to England for months sometimes, and I still craft! Someone found some umber paint at Poundland they other day and wrote me! I started crafting before there was a Dollar Tree. I got the moves girl, lol. Happy crafting Gina! Check out Poundshop too.

Hi Holly. I would use the term backer board, it gives structure and support to something. It is a specific product but it is also used as a term when referring to something that is giving support to something else from behind it. So I might buy backer board (it's similar to the chip board that clipboards are made from) or I might use something else as a backer board.
