I had no idea what NH is like despite having a tremendous admiration for what little I know of his material. I am refreshed and surprised somehow. This man really has a very high standard of songwriting, a gifted individual and those are so rare. The present mystique for me attached to TDC will no doubt be rewarded by my further listening. It's funny I should have been reminded of ELO when listening to a few clips of Neil's work, then I hear JL is a hero of his. NE by the way is in the league of Ray Davies at his best.
