No one shows how to operate this machine. How do you press a shirt. Can i see the actual steps. PLEASE

I just received and unboxed my 16 x 20 press and I cannot lift the press open. Am I missing something?? Help

To their machines, shirts required to load upside down. I don't like that. It makes difficult to place the object on correct alignment or it effect the accuracy of the object alignment.
