I feel like the heat is similar but scotch bonnets seem fruitier and more citrusy. A lot of stores will label them interchangeably but they are not the same, but I believe closely related. This is a great video and helps to put emphasis on the debate.

Thanks. It’s a question I’ve always wanted to know. Some may have different opinions but this was just my view on it. Yes I agree the Scotch Bonnet is fruitier!

Right on! I'm torn between the hab and ghost being my favorite. It was hands down the best, but I've been eating some ghost here lately and it's really growing on me. I would've though the scotch bonnet edged out the hab but surprise surprise. Great infotainment! Thanks buddy!!

Yep. I agree to. I totally thought the scotch bonnet woulda been hotter too! As for the ghost pepper. Definitely hotter but to me it has a slight floral flavor. Still an enjoyable pepper regardless. But the Hab is still my favorite followed closely by the Scotch Bonnet! Thanks for watching and commenting!🤜🤛

I tend to also feel as though the Habanero is the hotter of the two and it is also my favorite as well!

Bro you just went back to back with 2 of the upper heat peppers there is. Thats pretty competitive if you ask me. I love habenaros and grow them every year, but i never eat them alone or followed by another pepper.

I appreciate that! You’re right, both of these peppers are HOT! The Reaper gets so much publicity and popularity that know one gives other peppers the same promo! That’s where I come in! 🤜🤛

They are definitely an underestimated pepper for sure!
@georgehaslett69446 күн бұрын
Totally invalid. By growing them next to each other, they cross pollinated, thereby sharing traits with each other. Try growing sweet bell peppers next to jalapenos. You might have am surprise.

Yep cross pollinating absolutely 100 % can occur. But like I said in the video it was just “MY” take on it? What do you think? We all got opinions and I love to hear opinions from others! Thanks for watching and commenting. 🙌
