What are you planning to do on the jonsered 2166? Insanoized psychoized
@hotsaws1015 жыл бұрын
Mike hi. The J-red is Insane-o-ized. And we watched it, factory rated at 4.8hp, handle a 6.0hp rated saw and hold it's own with an 066 that's rated at 7.0hp while giving up over 20cc. I actually thought the J-red did pretty good honestly. But I have not posted the video of it in stock form getting beat up pretty badly by a stock 372xt either. Thanks for watching.

Is it fair to compare a 72cc to a 91.6 cc Stihl 066 ? not really the same class
@hotsaws1015 жыл бұрын
Dan hi. The J-red displaces 70.7 but the placard says it is 71cc. It's factory rated at 4.8hp in stock form. The entire exercise is to get an idea on the way the saw runs after a saw shop makeover. The J-red is seen doing better than a 461 factory rated at 6.0hp. It cuts a little faster than an 066 on the down run and a little slower on the up run. The 066/660s are factory rated at 7.0hp. Thanks for watching.

He said it was a taste test. And the Jon did well. I thought it might suck. Wrong!

Jonsered started on the first pull still 4-5 pulls

4 or 5 for a Still is very good... Most of the time it takes 12 to 15 pulls or they don't start at all... LMFAO...

Why bother flashing the tac at 500th of a second? Nobody can read it anyway. Lol
@FishFind30005 жыл бұрын
Mike Salter I can still read it but yea, waiting even half a second would be nice.

I can’t read it.

Mike - Really? 1/500th of a second. My son is 14. We filmed a lot successively and I didn't get the opportunity to view what it's like on the other end for a multitude of videos. I could see all the readouts in this video except the 066 idle number. It was ~ 2800. As far as rest, getting the J-red dialed took a bit. Every one except the last readout of 13,800 was extraneous. In the cuts it was 10,800 & 10,680. For the 461 it was 13,560 wot and 10,080, 10,040 & 9120 while sawing. For the 066 it was the ~ 2800 previously mentioned at idle. 13,200 at high idle. 10,860 & 10,440 in the cuts. And, since there was only One that is perfect, it's to bad there isn't a question in here somewhere...
