The cook has a great technique of what he's doing. Looks quite a bit more healthier than the 1st video segment here of fryin in oil. Yet I still want to know what the filling is?? Sugar, probably some cinnamon, & other spices, maybe even some chopped nuts??? Must be a very busy line up, grill gets cooled off too fast.
