Hi Rion! I went to Kyoto last May and it was really crowded but still, I had alot of fun! I did go eat at a famous tofu restaurant with my family and then we went to Nishiki market but I was already full 😅 I did buy a bunch of souvenirs and then enjoyed our night at a pretty nice hotel about 5 minutes from Kyoto station! As always, arigatoo and it was great to see Kyoto again thru your eyes 😊❤

Your Kyoto walking adventures are always very enjoyable to watch. The monkey park was sugoi, and the view of the city and the Kyoto Tower from the Sky Walk was beautiful. It's always so great to see you meeting your viewers, and it always makes me smile when they gao with you. Arigatougozaimasu, Rion! I'm looking forward to seeing your new haircut and perm in the next video. 👍✂

Thanks for sharing your Kyoto adventure. Very nice to watch. Wow, I dont know how you keep your white shirts dry in the summer because my clothes would definitely be drenched in sweat from the heat. The curry bread looked so good. Havent eaten one in a long time. Oh man 100Y sake sound good yet dangerous 😆 Two on an empty stomach for me who is not really a drinker and I would be a giggling drunk. 😂 Stay hydrated and cool😎

My first ever visit to Japan was in August 2017 and I did the walk up to the monkeys. One of the sweatiest walks of my life. LOL. I was grateful for the little a/c rest building and the cold towels they were handing out at the top.

Hello Rion! I went to Arashiyama in October or last year, and visited all the places in your video! The monkey part climb was a test of endurance and made me realize I'm very out of shape! I was exhausted by the time I reached the top, and it wasn't even the hot part of the year. Thanks for another amazing video! It really brings back beautiful memories from my trip.

Wow, a hot Kyoto adventure, full of interesting places, but not overcrowded as usual. The travelers obviously try to avoid such a heat. Although in woods either in the bamboo one or the hiking into the monkey park it really seems hard because of the weather but both the nature with monkeys and the stunning views just make one enjoy it as something special. So many viewers everywhere made you happy and 2xsake kept you in the best mood.Yes, the architecture of the Kyoto station in unique and delight to watch whenever possible. Thanks for your efforts and another well done video. Expecting next adventute. Mata ne! GAOOO.....

Love this Kyoto video, gave me some insight on what to visit while there and that it's worth going. Question I have is weather, I see talk about August being the hottest so was wondering what September is like. My plan was to visit Japan second week of September to beat the heat but sounds as if it's still hot. October might be best but is cutting it close on my free time schedule. Thanks for any insight!

Hello, does anyone here know what time Japanese people go home from work (rush hour)? I want to avoid the crowds on the train during the hours after work 😢
@aya-san1195 ай бұрын
I am Japanese, and I think the commuter rush is great mainly in the 23 wards of Tokyo, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. However, since it is summer vacation and there are no college or high school students, I think the congestion is eased to some extent. In the evening, the rush hour is from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, but it is not so bad that you can't breathe. Please enjoy your trip to Japan🤗.🇯🇵
@ferryfebrian90405 ай бұрын
@@aya-san119 Does this rush hour also apply in November? Thx for the information btw !
@aya-san1195 ай бұрын
@@ferryfebrian9040 Hi! In November, students are also commuting to school, so the Yamanote, Saikyo, and Keihin-Tohoku lines will be especially crowded during the morning hours! If you can send a few trains and get to the middle of the car, it won't be so cramped. If you are a woman, only during the morning rush hour, the first and last cars are women-only, so it is relatively empty there. Please use this as a reference!🤗
