This boss is the 2nd hersercher, Sirin (the one that posses Kiana in the Chapter of Memories story of Honkai Gakuen and in the chapter 8 Honkai Impact story) She appears slightly different here becauseshe is inside Kyuushou's mind, so she takes the same appearance as Kyuushou's.

she’s the same person it’s just that this game and honkai impact 3 take place in different timelines if that makes sense
