The story of ggz is too hard to explain because that story is very long. But in this version is talk about how the kiana use the HotE power and try to save that who are trapped in stigmata space. In this news chapter, that also has show about mei, bronya, kyuusyuo and theresa in the Stigmata space story.

This stigmata program is to help humans can reset civilization when Honkai destroys humans. And GGZ's stigmata also can help those who have stigmata to awaken some powers, such as Bronya project bunny, Seele quantum state ability and Sin's space manipulation. The stigmata inside have one place which is called stigmata space. This stigmata space has recorded previous era information and memory, this information and memory can form the soul of their past life.

Yeah, but it's not that simple. Spoiler ahead: GGZ had three eras: Era Zero, Retrospective and Reborn. These three eras are separated by a gap of around 40,000 years between each other. The original Kiana was born on Era Zero. She was a mysterious girl that Otto found on the slums. No one knew who her parents were or where she came from. But she was special, the most special human being. She had the highest honkai resistance ever recorded, and also an special power to neutralize honkai called the power of the Saint. She also had the power of the Herrscher of the End dormant in her stigmata. I think it's implied this Kiana was born directly from the Honkai itself. Sort of like how Anakin Skywalker was born from the force in Star Wars. Sadly, before Kiana could awaken any of her special powers, she died, and her civilization was destroyed by the Honkai soon after. But, using her genetic material, she was reborn again in the next era, Retrospective. In Retrospective Cocolia triggers Kiana's awakening before she could learn to control her powers, and Kiana ends up killing all her friends and destroys the world. 40,000 years later the civilization has been restored again. This is the third era, Reborn. In Reborn Kiana finally learns how to use the power of the Saint, and later on she also learns to control her Herrscher powers too. This is the Kiana shown in this trailer.

I like Kiana's Chinese voice better though. Dian Tao handles the sad scenes much better than Kugimiya Rie. Dian Tao makes me feel like Kiana is really carrying the fate of the world on her shoulders. Kugi-Rie doesn't make me feel that way.
