I don't know much about your life beyond these walls ( Allura not knowing about the Paladins lives before Voltron) the fleeting sense of love within these god-forsake halls ( The 5 paladins finally becoming a team) and I can hear it in his voice and every call ( Zarcon's visions) This girl who's slept "10,000" years has something after all ( Zarcon realizing that Allura and the Paladins might be able to stop him) And then the Chorus over again. People probably already picked this up but I thought I'd share what I thought it meant!

Thank you so much for this really sweet comment! You actually nailed almost all of my intentions with the lyrics so that's really cool of you! Tho in the "This girl who's slept 10.000 years has something after all", is (imo) not about Zarkon, but Allura's own realisation that while she lost her planet and her family, she has gained something else, a new family in the paladins :D

"I don't know much about your life outside these walls, the fleeting sense of love within these God forsaken halls, And you can hear it in his voice, in ever call, this girl who slept 100 years has something after all." I've never noticed before but it's like this song was MADE for this! And I LOVE your use of voice over bits in this AMV, you picked lines that capture each character's insecurities perfectly, and then contrast it later with a line that shows them growing and becoming sure of themselves, it's BEAUTIFUL! You did such a good job! Also, I dunno why but ending it on Pidge's 'trash friend' mannequins was oddly precious?

Aww thank you so much for this nice comment! You pretty much got all of my intentions with this video spot on lol. It was very important to me to show the growth the characters had all made between season 1 and 2 and almost see them through Alluras eyes. And yes the trash friends was actually one of the first things I had planned for this edit. A LOT of vld videos from that time end on some group shot and I felt the trashladins were missing a bit of the spotlight XD

I never realized how much I missed Voltron until this There were so many beautiful moments and while it's sad that the ending wasn't what everyone wanted the beginning on the show was amazing and had so much potential The way they grew and became dependent on each other How they became closer as a family and a team It really brings tears to my eyes.
