I've seen a lot of videos calling the Hound Master a terrible Killer, can anyone explain? Is it a high skill thing? Too Technical? Not enough experience? Wrong perks?

She's very straight forward with her power but the dog can be bugged quite often, aside from the bugs the main issue is that her attack command wastes too much time for a possibility to.... grab a survivor? the whole attack order gimmick rewards you with a hit (if you're lucky) and is easy to side step due to narrow trail and the whistling giving a heads up

oh and the bugs/power wasting too much time while the generators are repairable in 4 minutes or 1-2 chases easily

Considering they had a PTB and fixed nothing, they changed a few values and the bugs were just swept under a carpet as everything else that affects killers negatively
