The powder gradation is so cool! I think this is the first time I see nail powder that is matte, it really looks like eyeshadow 😆 You said you tried to use eyeshadow but it was too oily, this is probably the reason, for eyeshadows there is usually oils/silicones added to help it apply on skin smoothly. But of course, gel nails is not skin!
