I had the weirdest dream last night with Brooke in it omg.. haha 🤣😂 We were on a couch bus driving through a desert. There were only a few people on it. I was sitting in the front with my acoustic guitar. Next to me was some quiet guy. I didn't know any of these people... Brooke was some kind of a tour guide. The driver was Brooke's father. And I don't know Brooke's father, don't even know what he looks like but I could tell it was her father because they shared the same facial features. 😆I could also tell by the way they talked to each other. Brooke was telling us some childhood story about a bookstore?? And there was a lot of laughing. Then I asked Brooke if she is going to upload the whole orchestra concert to KZbin, and why she didn't sing "Lifeline", and if she is going to sing "Lifeline" ever again at all. haha 😆Brooke then said something about poetic songs in regards to "Lifeline" ???? And then she asked me what kind of a guitar I have. I said it's "Epiphone". And then she said that maybe she can play "Lifeline" on it for us. She took my guitar out of the guitar case, checked the tuning, checked the capo, and she was about to sing "Lifeline", but then I woke up. haha 🤣😂 I am so weird. 🤣😂😅😆 Anyway... Brooke! Where is "Lifeline" ?! 😂🤣😅😆

The context is; She wrote it to her husband. Prior to singing this song, she explained how she wrote “sailboats” for her husband, Scott, when they were 2 years in to their marriage. This is a song she wrote from the perspective of being 17 years in and how she’s always telling Scott “….after this, I’ll be okay” and she never is 🤣. (This is me, paraphrasing what she said prior to singing this song)
