Good choice . I haven't seen before custom made sauces at the long lines at the table. Lot more relaxed then BBQ Korean Shabu Shabu 😅.

Hotpot is one of my fav meals, but I feel like the soup has too much sodium that adding sauce is just too much. I would always just use cilantro, green onions, garlic, and a bit of sesame oil for the sauce. You can never have too much of those. Coating every beef/lamb slice with fresh cilantro and green onions is 🤤👌
