This reminds me of my first client who bought one unit apartment in a middle up apartment here in my city. He came wearing t-shirt, shorts and slippers. Feeling like my senior colleague looked down at him, he said "I am sorry, I just from exercise/walking around and see his (pointing to me) ads". And he bought it with cash. He was my first client 🙏 Never look down on anyone just because of their appearance⛔️⛔️⛔️

Wow... when my husband and i bought our home we had to get a pre-approval letter from the bank but my husband and i were dressed in biker gear bcuz we came on his hybusa and the other lady was dressed in her Sunday clothes along with her 4 kids.. but guess who now owns the house.. loved this video.. A similar thing happened to me just over three years ago. The developer's agent asked for a 10% deposit for showing interest to the property and that deposit will eventually be off-set against the 10% required towards the property. Effectively, I was to pay 10% of the 10% deposit towards the value of the property. I immediately paid (via EFT) the deposit for showing interest right there & then. Sure he had no choice but to accept my interest into buying the property subject to me getting the bond (housing loan) approval from a credible Home Loan providers / lenders. Within a month I had all necessary approvals and my loan was approved. Background to the above: It just so happen that when I was driving around over a weekend I saw a sign that was advertising properties that interested me. I then visited the show house whereby this agent asked me to pay the 10% of the 10% deposit to the value of the property. By just looking at how I was dressed and what car I was driving, he surely didn't believe I can afford it and thought he will simply chase me away by asking for that deposit. Oh boy - he was so wrongly because all the fancy-dressed and fancy car-driving prospectives were not only able to pay the "interest deposit", they were also not approved by the banks / lenders for a Home Loan but I was. Before my bond was approved I changed the agent from the one who saw me as a low-class to another who respected me. To this day, they still talk (i.e. confessed) about how I proved to them that looks are just superficial, although it was just all accidental and not planned at all.

Blatant discrimination perpetrated by the house agent because of his perception of the couple's social economic status... The house agent is partial in his thoughts..He sees the young couple and immediately assumes they are poor and cannot afford to purchase the $700,000 dollar apartment based solely on how they are dressed...The House Agent's perception is not even based on FACTS..🤣🤣...Most Companies do a CREDIT CHECK, BACKGROUND CHECK, IDENTITY CHECK AND EMPLOYMENT CHECK and a PERSONAL REFERENCE CHECK to establish CREDIT WORTHINESS AND in case something happens and they need to contact the owner at a future DATE..The question is WHY is the house agent discriminating when it's his job to show the apartment and make a sale? Is it out of laziness and the frustration of showing Properties to unkempt clients who are looky loos with no intention of making a purchase??...is it based on WORKING SMART by only showing Properties to clients who look wealthy enough to purchase the expensive properties?..There has to be a reason why the Agent would jeopardize his job like this...

Then the other couple dress high class couldn't afford the property itself. What a shame they were the one who laughed at the couple dress simple. Galatians 1:8-9, But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Don't be cursed. One way for all people. Jews, Gentiles, and Samaritans. Our salvation has to match up with the scriptures and no scriptures on the subject can be taken away. Eternity is TOOO long to be WRONG! st, John 5:39, Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me. The gospels show what Christ has done on the cross for us. The book of Acts shows us the beginning of Christ's Church and how to enter the Church, obeying Acts 2:38. The letters were written to the Church to show us how to behave now that we are born again into the Church. It's better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd going in the wrong direction. Are we supposed to follow the teachings of the apostles? Acts 2:42, And they continued steadfastly in the apostle's doctrines. Ephesians 2:20, We are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone. Don't get Titus 3:5 mixed up with James 2:14-26, about WORKS. One is a WORK of your OWN RIGHTEOUSNESS OR GOOD DEEDS and the other is a WORK OF FAITH. Titus 1:16, They profess that they know God; but in WORKS they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate. God bless you!
