House Build Update December 2024

Solid floor plan. Love the western style "openness" that most Thai homes do not implement. I have noticed that the larger outdoor spaces and the outdoor kitchen are designed that way because Thais do not like people to go into their homes for social gatherings.

Hi Paul, I saw you on Kenny's channel this morning and heard you talking about air conditioning, I went through the same about 5 years ago..................we have a large loungeroom at over 6m x 8m, they also said we needed 2 x 24 000 btu air conds, I told them to wire up for the 2, but only install 1, it works perfectly, the 2nd unit is not required, not even in the hottest weather.............our main bedroom is 4m x 6m and 18 000 btu is perfect..................our other bedrooms are 4m x 4m and they have 12 000btu...........................good luck with the build

Gidday Mate, Interested Aussie in what you are doing as have done the same a few years ago in Ratchaburi but turned out to be a disaster after 9 years with same Lady and lost house etc but not dirty on it anymore as water under the bridge. Just want to watch you go through build and hope all ok. Similar issues with communication, good luck.
