I don't have a current number for you. But they say If you performed all of the labor to build the average home of today, you would save about fifty percent off of the cost to build. According to the latest cost to build survey from the National Association of Home Builders, they also say the average home costs just under $250K to build. So it would cost you around $125K. I'm sure there are some things that the homeowner can't do and will have to hire/ contract out so I'm sure it will would be a little more then 125K.
