Really appreciable video.. The best way to tackle your experienced labour/contractor/electrician/plumber is to offer some hundred or thousands more than the market rate. In first step you would negotiate less than the market rate and don't agree on his demand. In next step you offer him good rate but give him the hint that you know the market rate..
