House Demo - Cat 316F + Engcon Tiltrotator w/ SK Grapple

Demoing a house that caught on fire for a friend. I am using the Caterpillar 316F excavator with engcon tiltrotator and SK sorting grab.

I like the grapple I just got a 320 gc waiting to get a tilt bucket put on ready to sling dirt with it I put 9000 hrs on our 320 c and about 4000 on our 320d

Curious on your take of a 308 vs 310. After watching your review of a 305.5, we purchased a new 2016. Turned out to be a great decision for our company and has been an excellent over achiever. We are now ready for a bigger machine and looking closely at the mentioned machines, and possibly even a larger 312. I was told by our caterpillar guy to stay away from a few newer models as they are straight out of China.

Have u ever felt the urdge to try a Ljungby wheelloader? They are in another level of u ask me? Wondering because u seem to like the tilt rotator , i think u would like the tilt buckets on the wheelloader.

I have watched several videos from Europe and grapples is all they use to do demo. They will rotate the grapple almost vertical and grab wires like they are pinching them between their fingers. You think we can convince Chris (Letsdig18) to get an Encon?

What size excavator would you suggest for all arpund work including demo. Im starting my own company and found that finding the right machine is pretty tough.

Rent to start out. Rent different sizes and different brands. When you have enough work to buy one you will know exactly what one you want.

What size grapple? I just received mine sk19 for my 314 and think its to big. Believe it will be to heavy with the rotator on. I want the sk15.

No not at the moment. This truck is my parents and we just rent it when we need it. Works out really well becasue we dont need one all the time.
