The possible reason for not mentioning "Bribery" in the Articles of Impeachment could be that given the seriousness of the charge and the consequences of that crime, a criminal investigation into the charge has been initiated. Having to publicly litigate that charge might open up some critical evidence to premature exposure and/or producing unintended consequences. Just a thought.

The question is are national emergencies contributing to problems in the U.S. or are national emergencies preventing problems? First of all FISA reports are approved by a judge. The judges who approved Carter Page's FISA report were Republican. Take a step back and look at who is actually approving the FISA. If a judge denys a report it can then proceede to the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review. The only cases which supersede a judge is when the Attorney General Approves it under a national emergency. For some odd reason the totals of FISA reports for 2018 and 2019 are veiled from community sources like "Wikipedia". Take a step back... The recent national emergency which banned Huawei technologies has resulted in reports of the Chinese government banning American computers which is going to cause a negative long term effect on technology companies who operate in the U.S. Take a step back Oboma's national emergency restricts people who are "contributing to the situations" in Russia, Somlia, Libia, Yemin, Ukraine, South Sudan and central Africa. Contributing!
