Great start! I would have preferred an enclosed space/room directly above the 2-car garage. The outdoor space that would be lost by enclosing it would be more than made up by a roof-top terrace.

space is used wisely, and I like it as you have got maximum use of space. for newly married couples after some time with family growing if needed can make the third floor as it's a slab and add a new extension. Also, by then the couple is more stable as they have become financially more stabilized.

Well done! Clean lines and great use of space. I would suggest swapping the kitchen and bedroom and open up the kitchen to the dining (#2) area. The bedroom can also be made smaller (guest) and the rest of the space made into a storage area or to make the living room a little bigger. The dining (#1) can also be extra sitting area instead of the living room.

2 toilets for up stairs was a turn off for me One room should be used to create space for a toilet each room And the 2 dining areas !! 1 should have just been used as a bar instead of an in bar kitchen All in all great design I love the house great detail on design

Also put in a butlers pantry to hide the kitchen appliances and dish washer and laundry stuff washing machine and dryer etc. I am from Australia and I know it is more a European thing to have the clothes washing machine in the kitchen but not for us. All you need is a small built in cupboard 1 meter deep by 2 meters wide and you can put the washing machine and dryer stacked on top then your washing stays private from the rest of the house. It’s less noisy as well.

Really cool house if I was the architecture I will have basement with extra bedrooms and another bathroom..for guests,upstairs the master bedroom will have the ensuite bathrooms connected to together,and the have balcony extended around the corner to the carport is..

Nice design, the only thing i would change is the bedroom 1 and kitchen swap, that way, kitchen wall towards the dining area 2 can be knock off and see through like on the side. a room between kitchen and dining area 2 is a bit weird. Second thing i would change is the balcony on master bedroom, enlarge to the side and stretch it all the way back. The front balcony could be another room instead, scrap the bedroom 1 on ground floor and have a larger lounge area
