Not to get too scientific on u, but the human body has a mitochondrial attraction to how house music is constructed :-) It's mainly a formula that relies on "perfect syncopation" against a pulse. Computers are super-accurate, so they can do syncopated patterns (and delays) as infectious as any american indian or african tribe. Next, smooth the syncopation/pulse out a little with a layer of soothing strings. Next, add gospely vocals to sort of "be the preacher" that's "giving the sermon" :-)

Exactly. I'm a "normal,educated,regular,dude" who composes music, and also happens to have friends that are in the medical profession/field :-) They're nerds and nergs ("normal,educated,regular, gal") too, of course! When you combine the syncopation/pulse with the heighten physical sensations resulting from drug use (i.e. X), you are as they say "in your glory" :-) A drugged body loves the very low decibels associated with the kick drum and bass. It also loves the very high decibels of the hi-hat/synths. The result...a massive release of serotonin, which is a "pleasure" neurotransmitter.
