Cara membuat sambel tumpang

Sambal tumpang adalah olahan khas dari daerah Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur. Yang khas dari sambal ini adalah penggunaan dua jenis tempe, tempe yang sudah menjelang busuk atau terlalu matang dan tempe yang masih bagus. Berikut adalah resep sambal tumpang yang bisa dicoba: - Bahan-bahan: - 150 gram tempe - 200 ml santan - 1 ruas lengkuas (digeprek) - 2 helai daun salam - 2 siung bawang putih - 5 siung bawang merah - 1 ruas kencur - 5 buah cabe merah - 10 buah cabe rawit, cincang halus - Garam secukupnya - Gula secukupnya - Penyedap secukupnya - Cara membuat: 1. Rebus tempe dalam air mendidih sampai lunak. Lalu lumatkan tempe yang telah matang. 2. Tumis bumbu halus bersama daun salam dan lengkuas sampai harum dan matang. 3. Masukkan tempe rebus sambil ditekan-tekan dengan spatula agar lebih halus lagi. Tumis hingga tempe bercampur dengan bumbu sampai merata. 4. Tuangkan santan, aduk merata dan masak sampai mengental. **Summary:** It is a recipe for sambal tumpang, a traditional dish from Java.
