Firstly, ensure your custom pics are in 'JPG' format. Then, place them in the directory: C:\Users\username\Documents\House Flipper 2\Pictures. In the game, select an empty frame from decorations, click on 'change style,' choose 'Custom picture,' and in the User section, add your pictures.
