HOUSE FLIPPER 2 / Over the garage

In this house the living space on the upper floor was too small for me. That's why I set up the kitchen and living room in the garage. Then I added a new garage and a beautiful roof terrace above it. On the upper floor there is a bedroom, a bathroom and a children's room.
In the backyard there is a barbecue area surrounded by flowers.

Woohoo!!! Beautiful build! Love the rooftop patio on the new smaller garage and the way you changed the upstairs space to include two rooms. I'm still giggling at the trampoline. 🤩
