Wow! You knew how to make the most of every space so well, it’s wonderful. The flower garden and the kitchen are my favorite spaces, I would definitely live in that house. I can imagine how much work and time consuming it was, congratulations on the good taste, decoration, construction and giant creativity ❤

Such a wonderful and well thought out design, utilising space extremely well without sacrificing any of the charm which is a huge part of your builds. Tiny houses can have so much character and become forever homes for many, and your creation here is certainly a house that fits in this category. I'm always looking at the outdoor space as that is something important to me, and yet again you have done yourself proud. A beautiful array of colours that enriches a calm place to listen to the birds and relax with ones thoughts. Wonderful as always.🙂 Side note: started my windmill build today, and on pc which is running so much more smoother than console. Certainly where i will be engaging in the House Flipper franchise going forward. Will probably work on two over the coming months before i invest in the new game. The windmill property is going to be more about utilising the small space inside but creating extensions off it. Then i will probably buy the plot of land without the windmill and create a more spacious home. A little at a time.🙂

I intended on making this a super tiny home but I kept adding space, lol. I definitely want to try a shed tiny home in House Flipper 2. One that you could put in your backyard. I love watching the videos of people creating these in real life and I want to give it a try soon. I'm so glad you liked this one! Thank you! Also, I would love to see what you do with the windmill if you end up happy with it! 😊

The shed tiny home sounds very interesting. Challenging too. I will look forward to that, as with all your videos. Thank you for your words also regarding my creating. I sometimes feel i am imposing when i talk about my time in the game. I would certainly share my builds when i eventually finish them, but i am not a KZbinr in the sense of having a channel so would have no idea what to actually do. I am not sure if i would even know how to record a before and after walkthrough video. Possibly capture screenshots instead but like i say, i am not a content creator of any kind. Just an old man gamer who likes to share some kind words on other's content. I would be happy to share, but it will take some time to do so.

Wow! The house looks really great :) Where did you get all the accessories, the clutter and the clothes? I tried typing it in the search bar and nothing... It looks so good and ties everything together.

Graphics tab: Quality - Ultra High Effects - I originally set it to Ultra High but it changed to User Settings after I made changes on the Advanced tab Resolution - 4K VSync - Off Field of View - 60 Brightness - 0 Advanced tab: Shadows - Full Texture - Full Anti Aliasing - Extreme Screen Space Reflection - Extreme Ambient Occulsion - On Bloom - Off Motion Blur - Off Depth of Field - Off Fog - Off Wall destruction - Full I also made these changes on Gameplay tab: (Turning these off keeps your lights from turning off when you leave the rooms) ECO lighting - Off Adv ECO lighting - Off I also made a couple changes on my monitor settings that really changed the look of my game, especially the sharpness. I have a 4k HDR monitor with HDR on. Brightness - 100 Sharpness - 80 I always play around with my settings to try to get the best out of the game so this is all subject to change lol.
