I knew you'd love this game! Little tip...complete all the email jobs before you buy houses so that you unlock and level up all your skills. Also, level up the 'see all dirt on mini map' perk, its super helpful :)

I love this game, been playing it, there is a tool that lets you sell stuff like lamp shades, beds, couches everything except junk. Do the jobs to make money so when you buy your first house you can afford to paint and decorate. If you left click on something you can dispose of stuff. ( like your kitchen cabinet ). :) Keep playing.
