Just a couple tips: 1: It's easier to just have the sell tool in hand instead of the hand tool to pick things up and throw them away that way you can just remove stuff and sell whatever there is to sell in the houses you flip ^^ 2: You could have put a kitchen island in where the wall was that had the door to the kitchen in it. Then put a couple bar stools against it then it looks open and if people are cooking they can like look at guests etc. 3: A lot of people try to keep every bit of furniture or decoration against walls. But you can also rotate it at an angle with for example the tv cabinet, and then put 2 sofa's in and then the angled TV stand in front of them. 4: You have to properly decorate the places you sell. You can also check all the possible buyers their individual likes and dislikes and try to make a house matching 1 person the most. That way if a house is especially designed for them to their needs they will obviously pay more for it. 5: When you can unlock skills, go for the ones you use the most. you hardly knock down walls so you can increase those skills either later or when there are sklls you can unlock that you don't want and then unlock it.

Isn't it all skill specific? I haven't seen a skil yet for faster throwing away as it's just clicking on something and it magically disappears haha. Or is it like a case where using the hand tool hurries up the skill points bar for things like cleaning? In that case then there is a choise cause idk how much the cleaning actually helps towards skillpoints so if it's not that much then he might as well use the sell tool to get some extra money. If it does contribute a lot to skillpoints then yea he should just use the hand for cleaning up but throwing things away like a sink when it can also be sold is something he should still look out for. In otherwords just use the hand on things like boxes and garbage and use the selling tool on like plates and bad sinks and whatever xD

You can remove/sell any of the installations in the bathroom. The tubing and all can be removed and new can be put in where YOU want it :) Same with radiators I believe.

Maybe a porch light on the front and back of the house? I would definitely look for a way to include a washer and dryer as well. Lastly, I noticed one of the loading screens said "every house should have a first aid kit". Maybe give that a shot and see what folks say? Keep up the great work!
