One really cool idea you could do on your next house is make like a super fun house or a completely normal house, then if you can, put a door that leads down into a cellar and make a nuclear hideaway place. You could be like super colorful on top then down below dark, and have guns and stuff. Put your office down in the hideaway!

One of the most unique locations you can make as your offices in this game are!!First one is Vlads Castle with the castle uinique rooms and the most building room also from them all!! ! Second is Moonbase alpha which is located on Moon And you can watch at earth all times when you go outside!With not as much building room! also!The third is A Yacht with boats rooms on water and with close building room same as Castle!And all thees are unlocked from Luxury DLC!:))))))))))

You would definitely want a shower in your office Trevor. Now if you were a real estate agent only it would be a different story, but considering you are a one man show and flipping the houses as well a shower definately comes in handy. Now typically you would have your work truck and your daily. Now just as a example imagine getting dry wall dust, paint,etc in the interior of your gtr all because you couldn't take a shower after getting out of your work truck before you headed home for the day.

You can also build additional rooms outside the house for more space

You should buy a gun, color the outside and what if you half painted a wall to get a certain color. Also put a stool and high table on the right wall. I think when you renovate houses make more window walls and open houses up and don’t be scared to knock down walls.
