I am end user and have two plots for own house construction purpose. DHa valley is now totally changed. DHA is giving possession in Magnolia block in August and in other developed blocks by end of this year If you want to construct early you can invest in plots with possession letter. If you have time only invest in 4th, 5th and 6th ballot. Prices are quite low at this moment and development is much better than other societies. Shops and security office is being constructed in Magnolia block. I am not dealer. Just sharing information which I have after on ground visit.

@jabirabbas5309 very impressive development brother agar ye sub hone ja rha ha, but most of the time jo societies already delay Ho chuki hn ya regular basis per mis commitments krte hn un per phir dubara log trust nahe krte .. barhal it’s good agar ub ye dev se apne progress Dikhaen .. Mr. Zulqarnain want to invest his money not for construction purpose ..
