The logistics of me a Canadian buying a Cuban property,most likely illegal also would make a two tier system possible in Cuba with the argument made the wealthy foreigners take advantage. I would hate that as Cubans have suffered enough. It is a fine dream though.

Son novatos aún cuba no posee un mercado inmobiliario debido a su sistema político económico, no hay ese desarrollo inmobiliario para haber agentes inmobiliarios como aquí en República Dominicana 🇩🇴 que el mercado inmobiliario está dando pasos agigantados miles de millones de dólares en desarrollo inmobiliario. Pero lo veo bien por algo hay que empezar , pero no sabía que se podía comprar y vender propiedades en cuba. Un saludo

Cuba se está quedando sin su gente más creativa. Terrible que tengan que verder para irse del país. La Sra se expresa muy bien, prácticamente parece una vendedora de casa profesional.
