Hi guys, never rush into the purchase of a home. Once you smell the house, that means there is water settling against a wall or in the basement, which means MOLD! Watch out for lead-based paint and asbestos covered pipes. Both no, nos! Hope this helps. Good luck!👍🏽🙏🏾

You two are always so inspiring. Not everyone has the courage to go outside their country to start a new life. Remember the saying that the joy is in the journey. There really isn't a destiny , it is always a day by day enjoyment. So I know the house is the goal but just have super fun doing it. And super fun fixing it up together. I'm so inspired by you.

Impressed you dare to buy a house in northern Sweden. Is it a summer house you buy or do you intend to live there all year round? If plan spend a winter there then completely different conditions there against summer and autumn. Make sure you get really good neighbors who can help you the first winter.

Started with your last episode, , and it was so charming, that i decided to go back to your househunting video. Scary with all these abandoned houses, and being a Swede I recognise the complexity living so far in a could climate, so....what a challenge! There is one thing though with your background ”music”, it is to loud, difficult to hear you speaking when it is on, which means that I have to turn the volume off and on all of the time. Sorry for that, but I will not give up so easily, in next episode I know you will find your .... röd lilla stuga.

@@NaomiandJack Well - I am Swedish so in this matter I have no choice, I guess. But still, I love Sweden since it is calm, the government acts calm, Lagom and Fika is also calming, I love we are down to earth people. Even during an pandemic, we are calm. Panic and Fear is for other countries, sadly it seems. In our Government we trust, which if I understand it correctly is a bit odd. I have ancestors in Norway around Hamar, many has here, and I love our "peninsula" called Scandinavia. You are much Welcomed here, if you also like it here!

House 6 had creepy vibes, there was something «funny» about that house (plus the gaping hole in the ceiling/roof)... Glad you didn’t go for that house! PS! When I think of it, it’s a bit funny that someone seems to have started working on it, but stopped and then it’s for sale... 🧐🤔

Hi Naomi. Are you going to graduate and have a graduation party as well. So far I've been having an impression you are supporting, encouraging, motivating and full filling lots of Jack's goals, dream and so on. I've noticed you are not talking about your carrier, your graduation and your achievements and how Jack is supporting, encouraging, motivating and full filling your goals, expectations etc for instance as you know for African people and families a degree is a survival tool in western society more so than just a choice. So I am pretty sure your family would fell more relieve that you finish your carrier. Myself got more interested in the channel because your grow intellectually and academically. In a longtime I have not head about your goals in a long term. Are you still going to become a doctor and maybe help the community or volunteer assisting people with that blessed skill to cure or your are going to persuade the field of entrepreneurship in beauty products and be a house wife? No disrespect just wondering what are you going to do with your incredible intelligence gift in you life that has just begun. Thank you. Good luck in your life.

When you talk it's fine with volume up (because your conversation volume is low) but Please adjust your music🎵.. When wearing headphones🎧.. The loud music between conversations explodes your eardrums.. Horrid and annoying😡... And just makes watching frustrating...having ears bleed and quickly having to constantly adjust the volume up and down 😭

You move your cam too fast and make too many turns... just some unsollicited advise ;-) Try to make steady shots in stead of swinging left to right and left to right and up and down. Your cam is so much different from your eyes... Too much movement is nauseating for your audience! Fast cuts are making your video dynamic but too much movement in a shot makes it unpleasant for the people you target. Hope you dont mind me critisizing... It meant to help you to grow your channel. I subscribed btw :)
