Canada follows USA in everything, best to buy a house or any real estate after staying in this country for a year or two. Visit open houses during the weekends and check local real estate newspapers to get an idea.

I can totally relate with your experience of finding a rental accommodation as I went through a very long rental search as well until few weeks ago. My rental search lasted for almost 6 months. It was a soul crushing experience. Landlords consider themselves as gods due to very expensive real estate.

Woow Canada is super expensive to live.I though Australia was expensive to live. But you proved me wrong. Rental Australia seems very easy to get rental property. Keep it up make simlar videos where you are compare both sides for everything you experience.

Ok, Highways always busy because second largest country of the world in area ,.is completely rely on only 1 Metro city(Toronto), so 90 % immigrants land to Toronto, not Canada, because accept Montreal and Vancouver other cities are not developed or highly dense. USA is totally different. 50 states have at least 50 metro cities, so people can settle down anywhere and best part you have choice of weather. Like southern USA , you feel weather like India Pakistan

OK, remember Hamilton is high crime city, lots of druggist and unemployed people lives there in certain areas. Burlington is better (I lived there 11 years), Oakville and Burlington are better , little more expensive for rent than Hamilton. But In Hamilton only some areas are good. You are new comers, so you don't know which area good for family. I think Milton is your right choice.

@@fathimasharfa7488 I understand and can speak Hindi so you can communicate with me in Urdu, Now from Toronto downtown through Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington upto all the way to Niagara falls consider GREEN BELT area, so it better to live near this belt, Kitchener and London (Ontario), isolated because special travel you have to manage throughout 401 and Indiustrial as well as tourist traffic less than QEW belt. So you have to understand Geographical location with tourist destinations like Niagara falls and Industrial development
