Can’t the repaint it for you? I had my apartment repainted because the painting I saw there was so ugly and dirty and the repainted it for me

The landlord won’t do it o. You’d have to do it yourself and the paint is not the only issue with the house. Water is an issue, ventilation in some of the rooms is not okay and they used louvres on the windows. 🥺
