Thanks for sharing. However I was expecting more from the monarch the fact that it cost more. The master bathroom should have been better with a double sink etc. As for the entrance. I would have to grill the varandah in order to have my tv up, because this current grill not working out at all.. The living area is very very small. The roof is a plus for me though. Great job guys

Pantry is for can stuff. A big fridge i a small kitchen takes up too much space. The fridge has to be in scale with the space of the kitchen.

Thanks for your review. I live there and I didn't care to see or know. I second you ladies with every fault you find. Sorry to whoever design these houses but I don't find them enticing at all. Keystone pines 3-bedroom is a palace compared to the Monarchy. Orinduik estates in trelawny is so up to date wit the times. None of these houses cost as much. And another thing too, not all cupboard space is a pantry. There is storage, and there is pantry. If the storage space is away from the kitchen like that one in the video, it is STORAGE , not PANTRY. My friend store toiletries etc in hers which is located same place in her house in Claremont scheme. Next thing, these developers think Jamaicans don't know the term utility room. That space doesn't seem like it can hold a mop and bucket. Pleae advise them to make one in the wash room cause that one cannot hold a mop much less a good bucket. Lolll. Am just saying. Third and last. Some a these extra bedroom should just be called a linen room if after putting in a bed you can't find space for other activities. Thanks again ladies for your review. Much love. 😏🤣🤣

They are all nice but each have a fault. The first house- the setting of the the bathroom, where the pantry is and the room are a bit small and can only be positioned one way. 2- The second house- the rooms are small and only one bathroom. 3 The third house which I prefer the fact that it had three rooms but its too small, the livingroom is way to small, no space for television and other livingroom furniture.
