As a registered agent can l just add that one way to safeguard against getting duped, agents who are affiliated with the Estate Agents Council of Zim have cards with all our info on them. I totally totally agree, the demand for accommodation way surpasses the supply. Not enough homes are being built in Zim. Looking for accommodation especially, good accommodation is such a headache.

It is!!!!!! especially if you have many requirements. The places that might tick all the boxes often cost so so so much. And the home ownership route is not an easy route to follow, like in most countries.

"You're actually now starting to look for a home that lets you play out married life like married people." Absolutely makes sense! 💯 I would also make that decision to be honest especially as someone who's been staying alone in an apartment for the past three years.

Apartment life works just fine for a single person, but Some people might find it harder to adjust into married life, with kids and pets, in an apartment. Whichever ways, its not a one-size-fits-all. Others actually prefer apartments!
