Not quite.. opulent yes.. but sense of space is mixed. some areas feel overdone. it's got a lot of bold designs but feels too much has been cramped into one plot design. if the same structure was built with double floor area perhaps more spacious feel. But to each his own. That's the beauty of design, some may like others not as much. but kudos having pulled of so much within a compact plot area

Horacio Pagani, the attention to detail that he has in his cars, the use of aluminium in the interiors, to the switches, bloody perfectionist. Im so moved with the talent of the architect that i literally find myself commenting naturally, im sure you must have had one happy client with so much thought and creation gone in this beautiful modern home. This Literally proves that indians have so much talent and this is luxury done so well. usually indian homes are all about vaastu and space constraint but this is gorgeous. In loss of words the daughters room is my favourite so is the bar with the water body.

Designing is done with lots of the involvement of the architect. Elements and Decor part is taken care and definitely good innovations in most of the places. Fantastic house, and an epitome of understated elegance. Bewitching art and sculptures sprinkled though out the house. I felt the serenity and peace as if they were built into this house. Such a wonderful architect with an eye for beauty. Soothing, neutral colors. In the setting, even the dead and dried ever-green tree came back to life. Extraordinary use of carefully chosen living trees as if they were natural sculptures. Words fail me to express what a well conceived, planned and executed project this is. It's a great design! But as an architecture student I think there were so much of waste spaces. Having a television to divide two zones in a space is not an ideal approach I think. Also all these floors causing to additional costs. But all in all a great design! Hats off to the architect for thinking with an open mind
