Omar - I feel ya w construction. It's taking us a year to get to rough mechanicals. And! Our trusses LAST Jan - came right before a nor Easter. I definitely recommend a GC and even then research and get recommendations bc we know construction. We own a home inspection business and I do real estate my husband built homes his whole life and the sneaky crap they've pulled is insane. I got an email via KZbin comments from your channel asking me to telegram you- how could someone do that via KZbin?
